Had a dream that I kissed a stranger on the cheek and he cried with joy? What does this mean?

I know that dreams don't necessarily foretell the future but I was wondering whether this bares any significance to my sub-conscious. The guy was unfamiliar (I know it's impossible for your mind to fabricate people you've never seen before) and I sat down next to him. I kissed him on his cheek gently and began to silently cry. The rest of my dream consisted of us bumping into each other, like in a DVD rental area... I think we were on board a ship but where we sailing to wasn't important
