What to wear with white skinny jeans and how to wear them?

Hi I am a high school sophomore I am short ,fair skin red hair type of strawberry blonder I have this adorable pair of white skinny jeans with a leg zippers at the bottom and I have adorable crocheted shoulder area only navy blue shirt I wanted to wear my below the knee black stilettos boots but the hurt my feet and I don't have any flat and If you have any hairdo's for chin lengh hair that would be awesome So yea jewelry and shoes and such THanks!!
