Which texture pack for minecraft?

I have a few questions. 1. what is your favorite texture pack that you would suggest? (keep in mind I think I prefer the higher quality ones myself). 2. can i pick and choose from different packs? like, if i prefer the armor from pack a but i like the minerals from pack b better, cause i combine them? 3. i saw soemthing about bee keeping in one pack, what's w/ that? thanks for your help! :)
