Halo: reach, where has my elite officer armor gone?

Same thing happened to me. Except I entered the code for it. It seems when I am on xbox live the flaming helmet and elite armor is all there but off live it isn't available. The same may go for you but I'm not sure. It may have been a glitch seeming as though you have to have the legendary content code to get the armor / flaming helmet / vid / falcon avatar item.
