When do you think is "too young" for celebrity dating?

Ah well she has already admitted she likes Cody Simpson more than a friend, and his best friend Jake Thrupp. Wouldn't blame her though. But no I dont think it's a bit much like think of normal teenagers who are doing that... Is she any different ? Personally though I think Zendaya and Cody should date
