What cartoon has fortune telling twins in it?

I'm looking for a possibly old show that has two sisters (twins, I think) who can predict the future. One sister is bright and bubbly, but she predicts only the worst things. The other sister is dark and gloomy, but always foretells good things. They're side characters on, I think, a cartoon.
