What kind of makeup makes eyes look bigger?

I would put white eye shadow in the corner of your eyes, right by your nose. and then just make sure you don't have any under eye darkness or circles, and put a LOT of mascara on and make sure you curl them! if you want even more, wing the eyeliner. and yes, applying eyeliner across half the lid and outwards, near your ears, makes your eyes really big.
