Which is the most pigmented and very long lasting liquid eyeliner?

i adore the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner. just one swipe gives super dark black color, you don't have to go over it more than once like with some liners. and it is truly waterproof, stays amazingly well, no fading or transferring or flaking. Hope this helps!
